-My orthodontist recommended i wear it 24/7, but said if i missed a few hours or a day it wasnt a big deal.
If my retainer for my teeth broke, how long will it be until my teeth move?
They can move right away, overnight even, but just little by little. Retainers only take one day to make. Just bring your molds in the morning and they should be done by the end of the day. This has happened to me before.

Reply:I notice my teeth moving if I leave my retainer out overnight. I've had my braces off for about 5 months.
