A loose half broken tooth?

On march i was in the school bus going to school and i was eating a chocolate bar then my loose tooth broke into half and the other half is in my mouth i told my parents but i haven%26#039;t went to the densit yet.... what will happen when i go to the densit and do i HAVE to go or do i NEED to go? I am only 12 years old i broke it when i was 11 years old and last month was my b day, so... my tooth is very very very loose. Im too scared to go. My dad said that they will just pull it out but i said i can do it its loose. But then he said no you cant do it yourself.

It%26#039;s probably a %26#039;baby%26#039; tooth... if you can%26#039;t wiggle it out yourself, go to the dentist. An xray will be taken, which doesn%26#039;t hurt, and then he%26#039;ll know if you should keep trying or if he should take it out.

Reply:You need to go and let your Dentist pull the rest out for you. Don%26#039;t worry, it won%26#039;t be a big deal. You can try to pull it out yourself, but it might need a little help.

Reply:dont worry! i%26#039;m 13 and have lost all of my baby teeth. that used to happen to me all the time. The other part of your tooth will just fall out normally and if it is giving you any pain, ask your denist to pull it. it doesn%26#039;t hurt ive had 9 teeth pulled.
