The only way to fix the problem is going to the dentist.

Dont be scared everything will turn out ok.

Good Luck
Reply:You need to see the dentist. If you live in the US there are programs that can assist you. Call a local dentist, explain the situation and most if not all will come up with some way for you to be able to afford what you need. Yes, it seems that all 'medico's' are in it for the money, but most are really in their professions because they care about people

Congratulations on getting clean (sounds like a heroin habit?? Xtra congrats if so, that's so hard to quit!) and good luck! HTH
Reply:Ask your Goverment for help!

And dont forget that the dentist can put you to sleep to fix your teeth. Thats the only way I will let them touch my mouth too!

Tell them to put you to sleep.

GOOD LUCK with EVERTHING!!!!!
Reply:Ask your local health department or an addiction clinic. Abcesses can make you very sick. Get them taken care of, no matter what, and you'll be feeling lots better.
Reply:go to a rehab center and stop the substance abuse and take vitamins and u will be better...otherwise all your teeth and hair will fall out
Reply:Agree with other answerers, look for government assistance search for federal, state, county and local programs. You will most likely find one or another. As Far as your dentist phobia drugging (even by an anesthesiologist for a medical procedure) does not sound like a wise idea for a person attempting to stay clean. Sounds more like a methamphetamine habit to me though, so maybe an opiate would not trigger a craving.

Just remember that it will be much, much, much more painful if you don't go.

Congratulations on kicking the habit and good luck on staying sober!
Reply:If your mouth is badly infected, you can go to the emergency ward at the hospital, infections from abscessed teeth can spread to your jaw and you could lose more teeth. I have had an abscessed tooth. The Dentist will have to put you on antibiotics to get rid of the infection before he will do anything else. You may need to go to the hospital if the abscess requires draining
