What do to to keep my teeth strong?

My teeth keep rotting in my mouth. One tooth broke even more today. The dentist wants to pull two of them cause they are so bad. I brush, floss and rinse. What can I do? I don't wanna loose all my teeth. I am only 24 y/o.

What do to to keep my teeth strong?
Brushing flossing, no sugar, calcium pills and fluoride rinses and toothpaste. There is a special toothpaste that is prescribed called prevident. That makes teeth stronger. Fluoride also makes tiny cavities go away. Teeth heal themselves in the presence of fluoride. If your teeth are so bad as to extract the above wont help them.

Also stay away from soda
Reply:Do you get enough calcium? Is your overall diet bad?
Reply:CALCIUM and lots of brushing with fluride toothpaste.
Reply:I've been told a few things, Mostly laying off the sweets, and if you must eat some, eat it during a meal when your saliva is flowing. Drinking lots of milk is another must, the more calcium the better.
Reply:go to the dentist.
Reply:Brush ur teeth twice a day, drink milk, floss ur teeth, visit ur dentist n quit drinking COCA COLA..... NO sweet products... eat more Fruits n Vege... Be Vegetarian...
Reply:Ask your pharmacist the correct dosage for Calcium tablets. Avoid sugar. Brush, floss and rinse your mouth out with a mouth wash. Swish the mouth wash in your mouth for one minute in the morning and night. You may, unfortunately, have poor "toothie genes" but all of the above steps could help you. You may be deficient in Calcium.

Reply:Many drugs, like methamphetamine, cause you to lose teeth. So does smoking. If you use drugs, quit. There are many diseases that cause your condition as well. Talk to your dentist about it. You may need to go to a prescription tooth care system like PerioMed. Also, drink beverages through a straw, and stick to sugarless beverages. Eat raw vegetables. Also, add a calcium supplement and vitamin C supplements to your diet. Most of all, talk to your doctor or dentist about the problem.
Reply:Drink MILK!! GET YOUR CALCIUM TAKE TABLETS OR SOMETHING!

I'm really sorry, if this doesn't work and you get to sic of it you can always get dentures
Reply:Intake more calcium and try using a flouride rinse.

Anti-bacterial rinses don't make your teeth stronger.
