Reply:With lots of anesthetic at the dentist, although my grown step-son once pulled one of his with the aid of a pen top!
Reply:Go to your dentist! they are experts in pulling teeth.(thes why they charge so much!!)

Reply:Go into a pub or night club and look for the hardest looking girl there. then drink her drink and voilay!!! your tooth will be on the floor (probably next to your head) but hey! its free of charge and you got a quick drink as welll!! Also probably ambulance to drop you off at home after hospital ( saving Taxi fare).Every ones a winner!!!
Reply:if you have no dentist then call n.h.s. direct they will help find a temporary dentist or call your g.p. hospital they may know of local n.h.s. service
Reply:with an amazing tool called ......... the dentist !!!! DO NOT try to do it yourslf , you will end up with bits left in your gum and a nasty infection
Reply:we'll i have never had 1 cause im like 12, but my sister had 1, last week, and she tryed 2 pull it off, but it didnt work, so what she did she put a pice of string on it and tyed it 2 the door knob, and my dad pulled the door, and the tooth came out, and she didnt even cry.....so is either you do that or you go to the dentist.good luck!
